There are several basic rules for being in BWC. These are our core expectations, and are generally called "BWC Expectations for Recruitment".
1) You will read the BWC SOP and adhere to its expectations. You will post a reply in the SOP forum thread with a simple "/sign" should you accept the terms we put forth. Any questions you have may be directed to BWC Command & Staff (C&S) via that thread, or via PM. You have three days from the time you're invited in-game to read/sign the SOP.
2) Teamspeak is mandatory when playing. Usage of acceptable Teamspeak communications protocol is also mandatory. You have three days from the time you're invited in-game to get Teamspeak up and running. However, comma. Realistically, you should be on TS within ten minutes of having been invited.
3) We expect our members to participate in RvR. All members are expected to know how to PvP. When BWC is running planned, announced operations, any member who is online will be expected to participate. People who primarily PvE will be given support duties to support the fight, or may be asked to serve as reinforcements.
4) Use your chain of command at all times. This will be clearly defined to you by the BWC C&S. Do not jump the chain of command. The BWC Commander has an "open door" policy but the first thing you will be asked when bringing issues to the BWC CO's attention is, "Does your chain of command know?"
5) Your status in BWC will be "Recruit" upon acceptance and being given an invite into BWC. You will spend two weeks being evaluated by BWC officers, Legionnaires, and NCOs in a "try-out" period, at the end of which you will take our BTI Phase One (basic training) course. Passing will earn you a promotion to the rank of Private and full status as a BWC member.
6) We will track your playing time via the "Last Online" feature. Anyone who has not logged in for over 15 days and has not posted a Leave of Absence on the BWC forums will be removed. They are free to rejoin BWC as a recruit in the future.
And now, legalese.
